EPIC has 15 residential developments that are currently active and three additional sites set to begin in the next six months (of which two are in the Gallatin Valley). The group was created by four partners wishing to create quality, family oriented communities that allow for affordability while at the same time creating a true “neighborhood” with an upscale atmosphere.
